With a rich history spanning over a century, HPC has evolved from a family-run business into a leading supplier of high-precision automotive components. 1901
Merge with the company Ventra Group.
1998
The German Ventra Group is acquired by Innomotive Systems Europe Ltd. Production under the name of ISE Industries GmbH.
2001
Financial investor Nordwind Capital takes over Innomotive Systems Europe.
2008
Takeover by the Mexican corporation Metalsa / Proeza group. Production under the name of Metalsa Automotive.
2013
Separation from the corporate group and new foundation and production under the name High Precision Components Witten GmbH.
2015
Acquisition by the German company Mutares SE & Co. KGaA.
2023
Integration into the newly established HILO Group, joining forces with Innomotive Systems Hainichen, KICO, and PRINZ Kinematics under the Mutares umbrella.

Product Development
We develop innovative products for customers across the entire development process, from concept to production. Using modern 2D/3D design tools like Catia, NX, and Creo, along with MBS and FEM simulations, we ensure precise development. Continuous verification and validation, driven by our multidisciplinary teams, uphold high performance and quality standards.

Computer-aided engineering (CAE) such as static or dynamic calculations are standard tools in product and process development.
Prototyping
We offer a flexible, efficient and well-equipped prototyping department that can also produce concept samples and prototypes at short notice.
Test / Experiments
Various hardware tests are carried out to validate the products, including static loads, endurance tests and dynamic and climatic loads.
